President
- To establish and maintain the Provincial Cabinet, as outlined in Article 4 of the Constitution, to carry out the objectives of the NSSSA.
- To chair regular monthly meetings and any special meetings of the Provincial Cabinet.
- To oversee the members of the Provincial Cabinet.
- To serve as a member of the Provincial Conference Committee and to act as a liaison to the Provincial Cabinet.
- To serve as the official spokesperson of the NSSSA.
- To set up a nomination committee to seek qualified potential candidates for all elected positions prior to the Annual General Meeting.
- To organize and chair the Annual General Meeting.
- To deal with matters concerning revision, interpretation and enforcement of the Constitution.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
Vice-President
- To assist the President in establishing the Provincial Cabinet.
- To assist the Regional Co-Premiers with the development of the regional conferences and regional activities.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
- To establish a Provincial Events Committee to coordinate all province-wide NSSSA activities as approved by the Provincial Cabinet (excluding the provincial and regional conferences).
Provincial Advisor
- To oversee the running Provincial Cabinet, Provincial Conference Committee and Inclusion Committee
- To attend monthly Provincial Cabinet meetings
- To be responsible to Provincial Cabinet
Provincial Conference Co-Chairs (2)
- To establish a Provincial Conference Committee to organize the annual Provincial Student Leadership Conference.
- To act as a liaison to the Provincial Cabinet.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings.
- To appoint any new members or create new positions to the Provincial Conference Committee
Secretary
- To attend all meetings
- To inform every member of the cabinet or committee of the upcoming meeting at least two weeks prior
- To take minutes at each committee or cabinet meeting
- To distribute minutes before each upcoming meeting
- To design spirit wear
- To design a spirit wear order form for the conference package mailout
- To arrange for production of spirit wear
For Conference and Inclusion Committees Only:
- Assist PR chair with production of conference t-shirts
- To distribute spirit wear at conference
- To prepare a turnover package on their position before July 1st
Treasurer
- To draw up a budget for the year based on available and projected revenues, aided by the Executive.
- Is responsible for all expenditures and revenues of the organization.
- Must keep meticulous records of all financial transactions.
- To present monthly financial updates to the Provincial Cabinet.
- To arrange for an external audit of the organizations finances at the end of the fiscal year.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
Webmaster
- To update and maintain the NSSSA official Website under the direction of the Provincial Cabinet.
- To maintain and monitor the integrity of the NSSSA official Website.
- To continue the expansion and development of the NSSSA official Website.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.

- To attend all meetings

- To search for and select appropriate logistics team for conference
- To organize and oversee the logistics retreat
- To assist 3-tions in room assignments
- To supervise and organize the logistics team at conference
- To prepare a turnover package on their position before July 1st
Head of First Aid
- To attend all meetings
- To design and distribute a First Aid application form
- To search for and select an appropriate logistics team for conference
- To organize and oversee the First Aid retreat
- To ensure that safety measures are understood and followed by conference attendees

- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
Inclusion Conference Co Chairs (2)
- To establish an Inclusion Conference Committee to organize a Provincial Student Leadership Conference for students with special needs.
- To chair regular meeting of the Inclusion Conference Committee
- To act as a liaison to the Provincial Cabinet.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings.
- To appoint any new members or create new positions to the Provincial Inclusion Committee.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
Regional Co-Premiers (2)
- To establish a Regional Cabinet with membership from each of the secondary schools in their region.
- To chair regular meetings of the Regional Cabinet.
- To identify a Regional Cabinet Advisor for his/her term in office.
- To organize an annual Regional Conference which will focus on the development of leadership skills.
- To host and organize other student leadership initiatives within his/her region.
- To attend all Provincial Cabinet meetings.
- To choose a Regional Events Representative for their cabinet who will assist in organizing events outside of conferences and report the Vice President.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Provincial Cabinet.
Public Relations
- To attend all committee or cabinet meetings
- To establish and maintain effective communication with the other PR in the organization
- To promote the organization to external organizations, corporations, etc.
- To promote the organization to schools throughout the province
- To prepare a turnover package on their position before July 1st
For Conference and Inclusion Committees only:
- To compile the delegate manual
- To publish the delegate manual for ALL participants at conference
- To compile and find donations for the delegate bags
- To assist conference co-chairs with the corporate package mail out
- To publicize/advertise conference (press release)
- To inform all school principals and advisors of participants registered within at least 2 weeks of the conference
- To assign dorm rooms to all participants – Provincial conference only
- To assign skillbuilding rooms to all groups
Skillbuilding Co-Chairs (2)
- To attend all meetings
- To produce a skillbuilding application
- To select appropriate skillbuilders from application
- To write the skillbuilding manual
- To publish the skillbuilding manual for all skillbuilders

WENDY

- To CHEER at conference

- To speak at the opening ceremonies to the full conference on the rules
