Who Governs the NSSSAAA?

The Association works as a charitable organization with a working Board of Directors. Our board is composed of eight (8) representatives:

One (1) chairperson
One (1) NSSSA Provincial Cabinet liaison
One (1) representative with a background in a charitable organization
One (1) representative with a marketing background
One (1) representative with a finance background
One (1) government representative (preferably in Education)
One (1) representative with a background in education
One (1) recent alumni (current university student)
One (1) legal representative

NSSSA Alumni fill all positions on the Board. The Board manages all communication mediums, including social networking accounts and the Alumni Association website. Using these venues and a working database of alumnus, the group distributes information monthly regarding upcoming NSSSA events and ways in which they members can contribute.
