New Business:

Timeline: now the Metro Regional Conference Foundations 2016 is less then one month away. Everyone is encouraged to promote conference as much as possible in any way that they can. All work that must be done in preparation for the conference is recommended to be done as soon as possible, no loose ends should be left till the last minute.

Forms and Advisors: Head school reps although not responsible for form collection, are recommended to check on forms and ensure they are received on time. If a school can not find an advisor for conference they are to inform the members of the Metro Cabinet so that an advisor can be located for them. If an advisor is not found by a delegate, said delegate may still register in the database for conference as the Metro Cabinet will contact an advisor to be responsible for said delegate.

Scholarships: All scholarship applications can be found and filled out on the NSSSA website. Applications for scholarships must be submitted by Friday October 21st to be considered.

Miscellaneous: Spirit wear money must be given to Julia Lawrence immediately. The 3-Tions reviewed the database and filled in any missing information on the members of the Metro Cabinet. Every person who applies to be a skillbuilder for Foundations 2016 must attend the mandatory skillbuilding retreat on November the 5th.

Julia Mcintosh motioned to adjourn the meeting at 20:50 and Jillian Ryan seconded said motion.
