Provincial Conference Registration FAQ's

There aren’t enough spaces to write my Postal Code, or Phone Numbers. What do I do?

You shouldn’t put spaces in any of these fields. Your postal code should be written all in one, as well as your phone number, and your birthdate.

Examples. B3Z1G7    90223711235    19930613

My school isn’t on the list, what do I do?

If your school is not listed, simply select “NOT LISTED” from the drop down and then type out the name of your school in the next field.

Who is my advisor?

If you don’t know who your advisor is for your school, you have to find out before you register. Try asking an NSSSA rep in your school, or someone on students’ council. If nobody knows, email the conference co-chairs, Susan Huntington and Molly MacDonald at on the Contact Us page.

Some of the formatting seems weird when I register, is this a problem?

Some browsers don’t agree with online forms. If you are using Windows, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox, and if you are using a Mac, Mozilla Firefox and Safari should both work fine. These are no browsers you must use, however if you are having registration problems, it could be a problem with your browser (problems have been reported with Google Chrome).

Why do I have to make a username and password?

Your username and password will allow you a more in depth use of online registration and the NSSSA website as a whole. After you register you will be able to check your registration status and information, as well as use the NSSSA forum!

I didn’t get a confirmation email, what’s up with that?

We might not be completely sure of what went wrong here. If you didn’t get a confirmation email, then please check your SPAM folder, otherwise, you should immediately email the conference co-chairs, Susan Huntington and Molly MacDonald at on the Contact Us page.

When are the deadlines? What’s a deadline? What do I have to do by the deadline?

You have to send you cheque to the address listed below by the regular registration deadline. These deadlines are March 30th for skillbuilders and April 20th for delegates, advisors, and alumni.
