Junior high school students grades 7-9 from the Sou’West region looking to find out more about themselves and their leadership abilities.
A fun leadership event that focuses on youth potential and discovery.

COMPLETED form and payment of $35 (includes t-shirt) are due October 2nd , 2017! No refunds will be issued from October 21st, 2017 onward. Event fee includes HST.This form must be given to your advisor or school office and be accompanied by your full registration fee .

This form is for Chaperones, First-aid, Mental Health first-aid, Logistics, and all other Alumni positions.
All forms are DUE October 2nd, 2017!
All schools must send an advisor with their students to the event. The advisor must stay at the event at all times. This may be a teacher, parent, or other adult designated by the principal. The ratio is one advisor per every 12 students (1:12) MAXIMUM. Advisors attending the event must sign all delegate forms to indicate they acknowledge which students they are responsible for.
