NSSSA Communications Survey 2025

Help shape how NSSSA communicates with you! 

NSSSA invites you to take a survey to help us better communicate with stakeholders. This survey is completely voluntary. There are no negative consequences if you don’t want to take it. If you start the survey, you can always change your mind and stop at any time.

Your response to this survey is anonymous, and will be stored in a secure manner by NSSSA. Individual responses are anonymous and will not be accessible to individuals outside the survey team. Aggregate data from this survey may be used or distributed by NSSSA internally and externally in a summary report. 

By completing this survey, you are consenting to the collection and use of your answers by NSSSA. 

Eligible survey respondents may choose to enter a draw for a chance to win one of two prizes: a $25 Amazon.ca gift card or a piece of NSSSA SWAG. The draw will close November 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. and the draw will take place on November 10, 2025.
