Run for elected roles on Provincial Cabinet

Nomination packages are now available for any member of NSSSA who wishes to run for an elected position of the Provincial Cabinet.

The positions available for the 2026-2027 term include:

  • President
  • Vice President, Internal
  • Vice President, External
  • Regional Co-Premier (2 per region)

Important dates related to this year’s elections:

  • April 23 –Nomination packages go live on nsssa.ca
  • May 6 –Nomination packages due at 11:59 p.m.
  • May 14 –All-candidates meeting
  • May 15 –President election
  • May 16 –Vice President and Regional Co-Premier elections
